Not All Spa Controls, Heaters and Pumps
are Engineered the Same

Ours are very smart when it comes to energy efficiency. Many marketing companies can claim energy efficient products until you ask for studies done by credible laboratories such as a university. An experimental study for 27 Portable Electric Spas submitted for testing from major U.S. spa manufacturers of different brands. All 27 spas were tested by:

Andrew J. Kean, Ph.D., Glen E. Thorncroft, Ph.D. and Andrew I. Hamill, Mechanical Engineer

Location: At California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA 93407

The test performed at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo for compliance to Title 20 as required by the California Energy Commission (C.E.C.).

The test results were identified by letters in the report and not by manufacturer or product name. Each spa manufacturer knows the letter designated for their spa.

The standard spa identified by letter "V" in the report was tested using our patented spa control, patented heater, patented manifold, and patented spa pump cooling system.

The results were 58% below the allowed daily energy usage as defined by the C.E.C. (see Table 2, Page 6 of Test Report).

NOTE: Spas identified by "K", "L", and "M" in the report were the only tubs presented and tested without electric heaters.

Table 2 taken from Energy Report. Highlighted spa "V" in yellow.
